My name is Carthi Shanmuganathan and I am currently working as a Software Architect at a fortune 50 company.  I have more than 12 years of experience in the areas of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Developing Softphone, Interactive Voice Response Application and other Contact Center Technologies.



 
The purpose of this site is to share my knowlege in telecommunication and software development with others.  Currently I am interested in exploring implementing Voice over IP and developing "Killer" application using SIP in large enterprise environment.
